The Pathframe WPC Hollow Door Frames come out of the production line as various parts of a customized jigsaw puzzle. Each section of the various parts of the door frame is manufactured precisely as per the specification, having grooves for snap-in or slide-in fit.
Each door unit is supplied with all the essential screws, nails and the inner L-corners for joining and fixing the three parts of the frame.
Placing the specially designed inner L-corners at the designated place (as visible in the video) to make sure frame sections (vertical as well as horizontal sections) do not move around and thus are well aligned and firm.
Now carefully slide in and snap-fit the door frame sections as a jigsaw puzzle (with relative ease as you can see in the video).
