Job Description

We are looking for a self driven and customer-focused Sr. Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence with builders, architects, contractors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads by meeting builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations to explain the benefits of WPC door frames, FR WPC frames, pre-hung doors and other Pathframe products.
• Understand project requirements (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.) and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms and close orders to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
• Track competitor activities in the doors & building materials segment and share market insights with the management team.
• Maintain regular reporting of visits, inquiries, leads, conversions and collection status as per company format.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in sales (preferably in doors, WPC products, plywood, laminates, hardware, or other building materials).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent command over english hindi & local language.
• Ability to understand and explain technical/product features such as fire resistance, termite resistance, waterproofing, durability, etc.
• Comfortable with field sales, client visits and regular travel within the region.
• Basic computer skills for emails, reporting and using CRM / lead tracking tools.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to grow in the building materials / construction industry.
